I am so excited to launch my 6-Week Spring Into Wellness Challenge!
Are you feeling sluggish? Struggling to lose that extra “cookie” weight you put on over the holidays? Already given up on those New Year’s Resolutions? In need of a reboot or some new food inspiration?
Spring is the perfect time to clean it up. As the snow melts and the flowers start to bloom, you can too!
In this six week challenge you will focus on nutrition choices that eliminate bloat, improve digestion and begin to identify your food intolerances. However, our food choices is just one piece to the health & wellness puzzle. There will also be a focus on improving sleep patterns, commitment to physical activity and learning to manage stress and practice self care.
Each week you will receive an e-mail with several meal ideas and the stress management/self care activity for that week. At the end of each week you will send in your points for the week. Points will be awarded in the areas of nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management & self care. There are two parts to this nutrition plan. Part 1 follows an anti-inflammatory Paleo Diet and Part 2 reintroduces eliminated foods. The focus is on food quality and improving overall health.
You will also have access to a private Facebook group for program support. Each participant will also receive a goody bag filled with my favorite products.
We will start on Monday March 5th and work through Saturday April 14th.
Prizes will be awarded to the person with the most points at the end of weeks 3 and 6. Two health coaching sessions will also be raffled off to participants.
