Why Paleo? The Paleolithic diet is a whole foods diet based on how our ancestors ate thousands of years ago. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats. It is void of processed and inflammatory foods. For the next three weeks you will be shopping the perimeter of the grocery store, meal prepping to varying degrees, and detoxing from sugar and industrialized foods.

Are you ready to change your health? Improve your digestion? And learn to listen to your body?

This is a lifestyle choice. You are not dieting. The goal is to regulate your blood sugar, increase energy, and to become in tune with your body’s signals. For three weeks you will avoid all dairy, grains and legumes (beans, peanuts, lentils, soy). You will fill your plate with produce, animal proteins and quality fats. Note that while the challenge is free of grains it does not need to be a low carb diet.
